It’s finally December and holiday is in full swing. Christmas music playing on the radio and through the shopping malls, festive decorations up andI’m STILL figuring out my Christmas luxury wishlist.
When I start my “luxury wishlist” I can’t help but sing that catchy Christmas song “Santa Baby’ written by Joan Javits and Philip Springer, sung by the infamous Ertha Kitt . Being that I’ve never seen a video or how she sings it live, I picture a sultry woman, wearing a Red satin robe, white boa fur boudoir heels and a diamond necklace – holding a glass of champagne ofcourse.
I always commented to my husband while listening to this song, she must have been a really good girl for Daddy Warbucks to fulfill this elaborate luxury wishllist. Don’t get me wrong, a few o0f those treasures would be a dream , but seriously girl you’re asking for ALOT.
Have you ever wondered how much that luxury wishlist would set back your honey? We interviewed business owners and professionals in Philadelphia on current prices, here is the breakdown of the 9 luxury item.

1.Sable $98,000
Why a sable, because it’s the most expensive fur. Silky in texture and light weight. I’ll stick with faux fur in this case. Fur has always been a luxury status especially in the 1920’s .

2.’54 convertible in light blue 40,900
A classic car can set you back as much as a newer model car. Why a classic? It’s nostalgic to the era and most memorable. You can find many classic cars here including that 1954 light blue convertible.
3. Kissing guys

4. Yacht 307,402,208
Perfect for sailing the Mediterranean with your lover. You can have you own crew, captain and personal chef, sign me up. I summer in Greece every year and have seen several yachts, not one quite this big. If you’re in the market for a luxury yacht, here are the details for this one.
5. Platinum Mine $6,000,000,000
Where do you find a Platinum mine you may ask, well all around the world. Most commonly used in electronic equipment, dental equipment, construction of cars and ofcourse jewelry. They say platinum is rarer than gold and silver.
You can purchase a platinum mine in Canada,South Africa, Russia, North America and Zimbabwe. So why would one ask for a Platinum Mine you may ask, especially our good girl. She knows that she can sell off the profits for long term income, making her a multi-billionaire . Smart move.

6. Duplex $2,600,000
So I never really understood this until now, owning a Philadelphia duplex generates a multiple stream income and is a smart investment for the future. I interviewed award-winning Main Line Realtor Nicole Klein of The Nicole Klein Team with Keller Williams and this is what she says.
”Now is a good time to invest in real estate. Rates are low and often buying a duplex you can live on one side and rent the other out. It’s a great way to start earning another stream of income. Owning real estate is a great way to build wealth. Long term investors buy properties with the goal of funding their retirement”. – Nicole Klein, THe Nicole Klein Team

8. Tiffany Decorations Starting at $95-295,000
A tree full of Tiffany & Co. decorations sounds perfect especially when Santa Baby added more presents under it. Tiffany & Co. has a variety of ornaments including sterling silver snowflakes , crystal finials and the Return to Tiffany Heart. Every items comes wrapped in their iconic Tiffany blue packaging. Tiffany & Co. has other holiday gifts for those that do not have a tree, how about a sterling silver greenhouse at $295,000?
