IS A SPLUGE-WORTHY LUXURY FACE CREAM WORTH $2400?
Keeping our skin hydrated while looking young has been a hunt for many. During the cold winter season we try everything on our skin from cream cleansers, essential oils and even Vaseline (not me, but I heard people still do). I have been using luxury anti-aging face creams for 20 plus years now and see the difference. I first tried this splurge-worthy luxury face cream, CHANEL Sublimage back when it launched on 2006. While working at Neiman Marcus in Beauty as a Manager, this gold jar was presented to me and I was HOOKED. It was believed that Jennifer Aniston needed a glow for an event and CHANEL gifted her the gift of Sublimage. At a price tag of $400.00 a jar this cream evens, hydrates, improves density, and restore the skins texture leaving a healthy glow keeping the skin firm.
Currently I am using this splurge-worthy luxury face cream now, Creme de La Mer with my extra hydration cocktail of Kate Somerville’s DermalQuench and Trish McEvoy Beauty Booster Oil. As a results, both deliver quick hydration and assist with moisture absorbtion while leaving skin plump and soft. I still use face serums in conjunction with the mentioned items, that will be another blog post later this year (stay tuned).

My Skincare quench cocktail
Before I apply these luxurious creams, prepping you skin with my go-to hydrating cocktail will help absorb your moisturizer better. Kate Somerville Dermalquench has been my skin hydrating hero product for years. I use it after toner spraying it in upward motions. It delivers 130% quick hydration and plumps my skin instantly. You can also use it under your eye area with your eye cream. Another skin quenching product I use is Trish McEvoy Beauty Booster Oil. It is a light weight non-greasy oil that dries quickly and leaves your skins feeling hydrated and fresh. I also apply a few drops in my foundation for a sheer look. This is my go-to product when traveling as it’s a multi-tasker.
